Just like the subheader, your brain is a very powerful tool.
It will make you believe that you’re in love when you’re just experiencing a bout of mania.
It will make you feel like you’re on the edge of dying when you’re just having another episode of anxiety.
It will make you feel like you’re being watched or that a complete stranger can read your mind when it’s just your over-active imagination taking over once again.
The brain is powerful.
If it can make you feel sensations that are not present and believe things that are far from the truth, I’m sure it could gift us with wonderful things.
We can turn our worries and negative thoughts into some kind of motivational drive to achievement.
We can manifest our deepest desires.
I manifest pulling out a specific co-workers name for Secret Santa because our personalities meshed well and I knew it would be fun shopping for her.
