Stop with the excuses and be honest about how you feel

Suddenly, we are all too busy.

Too busy to do the bare minimum.

Too busy to be straightforward and honest.

Too busy to care.

Your definition of being busy might be different from mine but if you’re “too busy” to tell someone that you’re just not interested in them anymore then that’s not being busy. That’s being dishonest to the person and yourself.

Stop with the, “I’m busy,” excuse. I am not buying it anymore and you shouldn’t either.

If you’re not saving the world or finding a cure for a life-threatening illness, then just be honest and stop with the excuse of being busy. Honestly, if you have to say that you’re busy, 9 times out of 10, you’re really not. You’re just using this excuse in hopes of fading out (or Ghosting) the person you once had all the time in the world for.

I mean, sometimes you are busy. Life gets in the way with everyday issues such as work, family, your mental health etc. That’s understandable and highly acceptable. What’s not acceptable is saying your busy in hopes that your person will “get the hint.”

Being real here, I get the hints. They’re pretty obvious. I just don’t do them.
